Just a one minute walk from the blue line Beachmont train station. Easy access to pizza and sandwich shops and 2 bakeries just a 3 minute walk from the house. Supermarkets and fast food and a Target shopping center is only a 10 minute walk away. The beach is a 8 minute walk away.
house was renovated down to the studs - exactly like a new home We moved here July 2019. We have the space. We have a wrap around porch outfitted with comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the view of the Boston skyline and Boston Harbor. New 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom house. 4 floors of living.
2 rooms are available on the top 3rd floor with beautiful views (Sweet Dreams and Tour of Europe rooms) Central air conditioning. And a full bathroom. You will only be sharing a bathroom with other home stay guests. There is an attic TV room for stretching out. To make things accessible, we have included basic kitchen appliances for guest use for these two guest rooms. this includes a hot water kettle, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, microwave and mini fridge!
2 more rooms (tranquility and arabian nights rooms) are available in the lower level These are brand new rooms. High end finishes, bathroom with a Japanese bidet toilet, 3 shower head shower. This space also has its own entrance, living room and kitchenette (many kitchen appliances stocked and this kitchen CAN be used by guests on this floor) and washer and dryer! Style and comfort is what you will see! Privacy is also made a priority. Guest bathrooms do not need to be shared with the family. We offer the comfort of home.
we love to travel ourselves, some of the places we have visited include morocco,france, italy, belgium, puerto rico, virgin islands, mexico and over 25 of the 50 states! we are an active household between working full time and school and after school activities for our kids We enjoy being active- bootcamp, swimming, bike riding. And cooking is a passion for my husband and I. Our relax time is sitting in front of the TV and unwinding with our 2 kitties. They are the sweetest cats you will ever meet. Anyone who has met them will fall in love with this lap kitty. Or my son's favorite- time on the Ipad or computer.
