Positive: Brenda is a very friendly and service minded host. We had a few issues that were taken care of. We were a family gathering attending a wedding and the house and back yard with jacuzzi and pool were a great plus. There is sufficient supply of everything, including soap and shampoo, washing powder etc. There were too few wineglasses and Brenda brought more within the hour. The house is not brand new and the furniture is more classic than modern chick and all in full working order. You do not have the feeling that it is "just" a rental property, rather it appears as a lived in house with a couple of guide books. Internet worked well. Good fridge and all electric amenities. Shopping nearby, a big Fry's supermarket with everything you need. For people not used to Phoenix, be aware that distances are long. Brenda would even offer to do some pre shopping before arrival which is a great service if you arrive late, as the shops close at 10 pm. We had an incident with the BBQ where the glass broke which was taken as a non issue and we sort that out between us. No drama.
Negative: Rather improvement suggestions. As the beds apart from in the master bedroom are not the biggest, it would be a good idea to place two extra roll away beds for kids that could be utilized or simply a couple of airbeds, with some extra sheets for increased comfort if you do not want a child in the bed as well.
Summary: A very friendly and service minded host in a value for money property with all you could ask for.
