no smoking, vaping or hookahs – this is a smoke free house inside and out! guests may be subject to an additional $750 deep cleaning fee if there is any noticeable odor or evidence of smoking or vaping inside or outside the property

wildlife - the house is situated with a beautiful nature ravine in the backyard At any given time guests may see a family of deer running through the area. We kindly ask that you DO NOT feed the wildlife. Wild animals have specialized diets, and they can become malnourished or die if fed the wrong foods.
