Separate bedroom has comfy queen size bed with high quality linens, pillows and down comforter, pendant reading lights, closet for additional storage, and attached bathroom with subway and penny tile tub/shower, and lots of natural light (blackout drapes).
open kitchen/living space features dining area, couch that folds down to additional full-size bed, a large flat screen smart tv equipped with disney+, netflix, hulu, and espn+ along with high speed wifi Black framed windows and black hardware throughout, beautiful industrial lighting with filament bulbs, modern wood tile floor, white cabinets with beautiful grey quartz countertops, industrial farmhouse design with industrial elements. Plenty of room for parking and a short walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, bike path, and the light rail that can take you to Sky Harbor Airport, downtown Phoenix, and Tempe. It's very conveniently located in the Melrose Historic District in Central Phoenix. Lots of great restaurants, golf courses and hiking nearby. Only a 20 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale. perfect for a couples' getaway or someone working in the area for a while!

Summary: If you’re in town for a long weekend and you’ll be spending most of your time out and about, this cottage is perfect. Small but very functional and clean. Bed was comfortable and there’s good water pressure. Fairly centrally located. Easy drive to the airport. 5-stars!
