this luxury home boasts 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms On the main floor, you will find 3 bedrooms with Cal King Beds and an additional room with double bunk beds, which can sleep 2-3 adults or 5 kids. The master bedroom also comes with a full-size pullout sofa bed in addition to the California King bed.
The home office can be used as a 6th bedroom with a queen-size bed which has a new 10" comfy mattress. The private downstairs bedroom comes with a queen bed. In the recreation room, find an additional queen size sofa bed a bunk bed and two single roll-away beds. 12-14 Adults can be very comfortable and not have to share rooms.

**in the winter when there is snow or ice on the roads awd or 4wd vehicles are required Two-wheel drive cars cannot drive up and down our driveway its too steep when there is recent snow. Even with cables we do not recommend two-wheel drive cars. AWD and 4WD vehicles should have cables or chains ready as a backup in case roads or the driveway is icy. If a severe storm hits and the county cant snow plow the neighborhood roads and you get snowed in requiring additional nights stay the nightly rate will be reduced by 50%.
