Cottage and Boathouse occupy west end of the island. 8-person hot tub for relaxing. The south side looks into a quiet bay. Total privacy everywhere with almost a kilometre of shoreline. Sun all day with beautiful sunsets, and a 0.75km walking path around the island.

the boathouse is a gorgeous copper-topped building with a large main room with 2 couches and 2 leather oversized chairs (couches pull out to queen beds), a dining area with animal motif window seat as well as a compact kitchen with microwave and fridge There is a Queen bedroom and bathroom with shower. The upper boathouse deck is a beautiful outdoor sitting area with plenty of Muskoka furniture and diving board to jump into the deep water of Lake Rosseau. South facing swim dock has teak lounge chairs and 7 Muskoka chairs and umbrella.
