the chef’s kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals There’s seating for 4 at the long kitchen bar, and the large dining table seats 8 comfortably.
just off the great room is a fabulous entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, dining table, gas grill, lounge chairs, and a private hot tub! the home backs up to one of suncadia’s green belts and you’ll often see deer, elk, and wild turkeys!
