the upper-level living space is comprised of (a) a well-equipped, full kitchen with granite countertops and modern stainless steel appliances, including a fridge with ice maker, a bosch dishwasher and a solid surface electric cooktop and range with oven hood, as well as an array of small appliances (automatic coffee maker, microwave and toaster ovens, and electric can opener); (b) a modern, custom-built marble/tile bathroom with rain/hand shower controls, integrated vanity and commode; (c) a sleeping area with a comfy king bed with beautyrest mattress, nightstands, tall dresser and spacious clothes closet; and (d) comfortable recently updated sitting area furniture where you can enjoy cable tv and separate wifi with a drop-leaf dining table and windsor chairs All customary housewares and linens (including pots, pans, roaster and bakeware, bedding, etc added recently) are provided with your rental.

The oversized, red cedar outdoor shower w/thermostatic stainless controls is shared with the main house.
