Just three blocks away is the Jardín, an easy, pleasant walk on flat stone past great restaurants, hotels, stores, and the best attractions of San Miguel de Allende. Right away you will notice the charming entrance hall with a combination of inviting artistic design, greenery, and light, which will give you the feeling of having stepped into your own private oasis. This area houses a lovely half bathroom. Follow the short hallway to the central patio, with its tall, stunning rock wall, illuminated fountain, and alluring seating area and fireplace. It is here you'll wish to relax at the end of the day and reminisce about the new memories you made in San Miguel de Allende. Continuing through the patio, you will find the beautifully designed open concept living area and dining room. The living room has a custom-made bookshelf that includes a remote-controlled fireplace, TV (English and Spanish), and Bluetooth Bose speakers. This area has additional heaters for chilly winter SMA nights. Here you also will find the exquisite kitchen with its stainless steel, heavy-duty industrial gas stove, farmhouse single bowl sink, refrigerator, wine cooler, dishwasher, microwave, beautiful cabinetry, and all the conveniences you could want. There is a spacious garage that houses the water treatment system. Feel free to drink water from any area of the house. Also in the garage you will find the laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Off the central courtyard, graceful stairs lead you to a bridge that ties together the front and back of the house. At the front, you will find a charming bedroom with a fireplace, ceiling fan, TV, and oversized windows. The bed can be either a king-size bed or twin beds, depending on your needs. This bedroom has its own gorgeous ensuite bathroom with large shower and plenty of counter space for your toiletries. There is a walk-in closet, and this whole area is flanked by windows, making it airy and illuminated. All three bathrooms have heating systems and hair dryers for your convenience. Continuing up the gorgeous flower- and fruit tree-filled stairs, you will arrive at the roof terrace with lounge beds for sun-worshippers and a wading pool. The view from this level is outstanding. On the back side of the house, on the second level you will find the splendid master bedroom. Among its many charms are a king-size bed with magnificent headboard, high quality linens, TV, ceiling fan, remote controlled fireplace, and comfortable seating in front of the fireplace where you can enjoy your favorite book or sit back and reminisce about your day in San Miguel. The fireplace is double-sided so you may enjoy the warmth and atmosphere from the bedroom or the bathroom. The ensuite bathroom is breathtaking with its circular shower and Jacuzzi. The bathroom connects with the walk-in closet, which is roomy, well-lit, and has all the space in the world to house your clothes and suitcases. Follow the stairs up to the third floor to find another charming bedroom. The bedroom has a modern feel, but with the warmth of light colonial touches. The bed can be either a king-size bed or twin beds, depending on your needs. The room has a ceiling fan, TV, and a remote-controlled fireplace that offers a feeling of comfort and excellence. This bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with walk-in closet and has the advantage of enjoying the best views in the house. We provide housekeeping/cleaning service Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
