Summary: Pros outweigh the Cons but I will provide both: Cons: Hard to get used to the energy efficiency of the apartment. They use the card system. Air conditioning worked well in the bedroom, but not as good in the main area of the apartment. The elevator was extremely slow. We were unsure about the mechanics of it, so we just decided to take the stairs each time. It was located in a busy area. Although listed as a 2 bedroom, there is only 1 bedroom and there is a pullout couch in the common area. Pros: Very clean apartment Convenient location Owners are very responsive when asked questions Felt safe in the area No need to rent a car because there is Taxi service everywhere. (Use the Uber app to get a taxi instead of just flagging one down. It’s cheaper.) Hope this helps!:)
