Situated on 125 ft of lakefront, this special home features a gourmet chef's kitchen with granite countertops, a double wall oven, seating for eight at a round table overlooking the lake, and seating for six at a breakfast bar.
adjacent to the kitchen is a room with additional prep space, bar, sink, warming drawer, ice maker, a second dishwasher, and serving ware; play a game of foosball here during cocktail hour!
additional entertainment areas include a formal dining room and a spacious great room equipped with a wood-burning fireplace and a panoramic lakefront view The great room has plenty of seating and offers a game table for six. The media room features a wide movie screen with a laser projection system, a large sectional, and two leather recliners. A bedroom with a king-sized bed and full bath is located off the foosball game room.
continue your entertainment on the second level with the use of the ping-pong table, sofa, and flat-screen tv This floor also gives access to five bedrooms; (one being a loft;) two of which overlook Chautauqua Lake. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a sitting area with two leather recliners, and a beautiful bathroom equipped with a steam shower. Each of the bedrooms has a full bathroom.
