Positive: We had a wonderful holiday in Benidorm, the Spanish Manhattan :) If the view from the window matters to you — this apartment is the right choice. The terrace offers an incredible panorama: it was fascinating to watch the sunrises and sunsets, the sky in different colors, and the sea. It was a real pleasure to spend time on the terrace, gazing at the sea and the city while sipping a cold glass of rosé Rioja :) The building is quiet and safe, located on a gated property. The neighbors were nice, but we hardly saw them, so our stay was very peaceful. The house is situated right by the sea, slightly elevated — you reach it by stairs and a short road. The climb was not difficult at all. The beach is very close, just a few minutes’ walk, and the apartment provides beach umbrellas if needed. There is also a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. The key handover was extremely easy: the instructions from the hosts were very helpful and everything was perfectly arranged. We arrived and checked in without any problems. The apartment has an air conditioner, which worked quietly and cooled the space well. The fridge and the hob are new and fully functional. The bathroom is equipped with new fittings, always hot water and strong water pressure. The bed was comfortable, and we rested and slept well. We had a few questions for the hosts — they responded immediately. On the promenade there is a small but very nice supermarket. The fruits and vegetables there are excellent — Spain is truly the best in this regard. Larger supermarkets or markets can be reached by car. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, offering all kinds of cuisine. Would we like to return? Absolutely!
