885 sq feet plus the patio! The floor plan is amazingly well designed. Many one bedroom condos are long rectangles with the living room in the front and the bedroom in the back. This floor plan is a double wide rectangular so your living room and bedroom are in front and both have sliding doors off the patio. the entire condo is light and bright! you'll appreciate the difference!
