The villa has been completely refurbished maintaining its original structural characteristics such as the stone walls, wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. Furnishings are also made using mostly traditional materials as wood and wrought iron but with a careful eye to all the modern appliances to ensure maximum comfort.

ground floor: on the ground floor is a large l-shaped area with kitchen and dining table with direct access to the outdoor pergola organized with tables and chairs for your al fresco dinners Brick arches divide this area to the living room area with sofas and TV (Amazon prime video e Disney+ available). Also on the same level is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
first floor: from the living room a staircase leads to the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms with showers
