guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. this is a pet-friendly property There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit per pet, which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet will be subject to a €500 fee.
