The living room features a high definition TV and sofa sleeper. The master bedroom features a king bed, a flat screen TV and ocean view. The second bedroom features two twin beds and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with corian countertops. The unit features balcony to capture sunrise to sunset. The condo has three two full bathrooms, a washer/dryer and Wi-Fi. No smoking and no pets are allowed. Renters must be 25 or older.

Outdoor sports include four shuffleboard courts, four lighted tennis courts, and a basketball court. There are outdoor grills available for your use with some picnic tables. There is also a children’s playground on site. Canoes, kayaks and a paddleboat for use on Lake Powell are available. A marina and boat slip is also available for guests. Fishing off the docks is available with a Florida fishing license.
