Welcome! We are located less than 90mins from the George Washington Bridge in the quaint town of Rosendale between New Paltz and hip Uptown Kingston. The house is on 7 acres and located atop a hill and surrounded by trees. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, heated saltwater in ground pool, large walk-out deck and a fire pit. Grocery stores, restaurants, parks, other necessities like CVS & gas are less than 10 mins away. come enjoy this beautiful home!

there is a fireplace by the kitchen and wood stove by the whiskey lounge that is available for use (october to april) Fire place in the King bedroom #1 is decorative only. Most gas stations in the area sell firewood.

in ground 16'x35' , depth - 8' at deepest, 35' at shallow, fully fenced and gated. You are welcome to use our pool but please use at your own risk. Pool rules are posted on the gate (no diving, no glass, no running, no food, swim at your own risk) - no life guards or monitoring available. This is a heated pool and heat is set to about 82 degrees.
