we are very close to the water and on a wooded lot, expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out, but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.
please note that this property does not have a boat dock or ramp If you plan to bring a boat, you’ll need to launch it and board it at Rocky Point Recreation Area. At the end of the day, you’ll also need to take the boat out of the water and return it to the house on its trailer. Nearby docks are privately owned and cannot be used.
additionally, parking or driving on the grass is strictly prohibited, as there are underground utility lines that could be damaged thank you for your understanding!

quiet hours are from 10pm until 8am every day of the week We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
no smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
no illegal substances or activities on the premises
this property is not pet friendly If there is evidence of any pets in the home, you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
if the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee that covers the additional expense
early check-in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost
