the villa has two floors, with the main entrance on the ground floor leading to the large open-plan living area with sitting room, soft comfortable sofas, smart tv, fireplace and dining table communicating conveniently with the fully equipped kitchen with central island The ground floor is completed by a double bedroom (with 150 cm wide bed) with an adjacent bathroom with shower, a children's playroom, a service bathroom and a laundry room. A staircase leads up to the first floor composed of three double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub and a twin room (with 120 cm wide beds) with en suite bathroom with shower. Portable air conditioning in all bedrooms.

2,5 hectares of land surround the property of which one is taken up by the garden surrounding the house The park has a very variegated vegetation with olive and fruit trees, tall trees, every variety of flower, lavender bushes and a well maintained lawn. One side of the house is adorned by the spacious portico and bowers of grapes and Virginia creeper equipped with, sofas, tables and chairs for pleasant alfresco meals. Guests can use the built in barbecue situated behind the house to grill tasty local meat accompanied by a good glass of wine. Between the house and the swimming pool is a bowls court, located in a slightly lower position than the house.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

open from the last saturday in april to the last saturday in october, the beautiful exclusive swimming pool is situated in a panoramic position in respect to the house About 50 m from the house, it is easily reached by a flight of 45 wooden steps or by the road for those wishing to avoid the steps. The pool is rectangular in shape with Roman steps leading into the water and measures about 12 x 6 metres with the depth varying from 1 to 1,80 m. The pool is lined in PVC, has chlorine purification and is illuminated in the evening. The border is in travertine. The solarium area, provided with sun beds, little tables and umbrellas, is paved in stone. There is a cold water outdoor shower.
