Positive: Everything is absolutely new, modern, and very comfortable. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 excellent bathrooms, as well as 3 large terraces. The appliances are top-level; it feels like we are among the first guests in this multi-story building. Basically, each floor is one apartment, and the elevator is a modern hotel-style one. There’s plenty of hot water. There’s even a drinking water tap in the kitchen. The apartment is spacious, with 3 inverter air conditioners. The internet is extremely fast and stable.
Negative: However, we weren’t informed that the neighborhood is still under construction and renovation, so it was quite noisy even on the 5th floor, and access to the building was difficult — especially considering that our family includes a member with special needs. Still, since it was a holiday, the noise didn’t last throughout our entire stay. Probably due to not being used, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain that goes directly into the bedroom. The window in the shower cabin, although new, was broken, which made it seem like a bigger problem. However, after a few showers or placing a towel over the drain, the issue was resolved. These things happen. Although we were told there would be a hairdryer, it was missing, but once we mentioned it, it was delivered immediately. I must say, the owner replies to messages very quickly and genuinely makes an effort to ensure the guests have a very pleasant stay.
Summary: Definitely a strong recommendation for this accommodation.
