completely renovated 1950 sqft plus, one level artist's home opens to a sunny 700 sqft deck and a 1/2 acre completely fenced and very private property surrounded by tall mature white oaks
large bedrooms, fully tiled bathrooms with cast iron tubs, eco friendly bamboo flooring throughout , custom granite and stainless steel appliances in kitchen with a large island a 2 car garage !

many large windows bring lots of light and offer views of tall mature trees and the forest
a wide driveway and landing big enough for 4 cars leads to the 2 car garage which is downstairs Once in the house , you are staying on one level.
this house is also our personal seasonal residence and we have decorated it for our enjoyment and hopefully yours with many original paintings and out of the ordinary lamps and objects
- we only allow small gatherings up to 8 people
we may require that a cleaning person comes afterwards
no kegs or barbecue and no noise outside after 10 pm
- no reptiles or exotic pets
- we allow most well behaved furry children We will ask you for information about breed and temperament and will ask for a pet fee in most cases. if you have more than 2 , we will consider your personal situation. Please be good pet parents. Never leave your dog unattended outside , never tethered your dog . Do not leave them alone inside for longer than a few hours. Your pets will be in a strange environment and may start barking , chewing and getting really upset. So many people tragically lose their pets while vacationing. But especially do not let them terrorize wild animals . Our backyard is a bird paradise but we also have trusting bunnies and chipmunks and squirrels.
- we also welcome your small "human" children , but be aware that the house is not child proofed The door to the garage stairs is of great concern . Make sure it is always closed.
- smoking is not allowed inside or outside anywhere on the property
- we only use eco friendly cleaning products Please do the same when in our home, especially in regards to floors and linen.
-for monthly stays , we will arrange for a professional house cleaning every 2 weeks at your cost of 130 dollars You will be able to pay the cleaning person directly or we will make arrangements before you check in.
