Guests should be aware that cooling may be limited, especially during warmer months. Two small portable fans and a 42" tower fan in the living room downstairs are provided as well.
* Heating Disclosure: The home features central furnace heating for 1st floor. Two portable AC on the 2nd floor also work as heaters.
* Potential Noise: Please note that due to the home's location on a corner of main streets, you may experience some traffic noise. This may not be suitable for light sleepers.
