Positive: It is a gorgeous property. Perfect place for a family with children or fur kids. My sons enjoyed the trampoline, and the huge yard fully fenced along with the 2 separate dog pins made for a relaxing property. The house is very large and spread out. It is an old house from the late 20’s I believe, and they have tried to upgrade things while also trying to keep the old feel. It is all wood floors, everywhere, so you hear anyone that walks through the house, which is just one of the “quirky” charms. Bring slippers if you run cold. 😁 We really enjoyed the space. The gal that hosts is SUPER nice, and gets right on it if you need something!!
Negative: Just a little more TLC is needed to fine tune. This is more of an, “it would be nice to have”… rather then not liking something. Master bedroom needs a night stand on the far side of the bed. I had to figure out something to hold my CPAP machine and water. The television in master bedroom needs to be placed where both people can relax and enjoy it. The huge column of the 4 poster bed blocks the view completely. And finally, the room at the carport entry needs a functional locking door for privacy. It doesn’t even stay closed, let alone lock for the 2 people it has beds for. We literally used string to hold it from opening.
Summary: Large house, dog friendly, huge fenced yard! Just what we needed. Highly recommend!
