A great location for a small sailboat or kayak or just relax and watch the kids swim. You will only be a short drive to Harding's Beach or the Chatham village main street. An eclectic mix of old and new, with new appliances, Central A/C and WiFi. There is a large upstairs master King bedroom and bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and a large deck. The two other bedrooms - one with a king and one with two twin beds are on the main floor with a new bathroom to share. Gas grill for outdoor cooking. Please note: the use of motorboats on the pond is prohibited. Kayaks may be rented or bring your own. Dog friendly (one dog limit) - $150 fee will be added to the lease.
