It sleeps 16 in 11 beds including 2 queens, 2 doubles, and 6 twins, including a bunk bed and 1 queen futon. In addition to the living room, dining room, and kitchen, there are two bedrooms and one full bath on the first floor and 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths on the second floor. All the bathrooms are beautifully finished with tile and attractive counter tops. Spread out on one of the 3 different balconies or in the large private backyard with two charcoal and one propane barbecue (please provide your own charcoal and lighter fluid). The up-to-date kitchen is very well stocked with all that you'll need to serve up to 16. The coffee pots are drip, K-cup and french press.
