this property can comfortably sleep 8; it has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms as well as a large finished basement with two twin beds and tv, which can be used as an additional bedroom There is also a pull-out couch in the living room that can sleep 2.
the first floor includes a large living room, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen if you wish to cook (including pots and pans, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, etc) There is a large deck with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or BBQ; there is a patio in the yard with seating for 6 people.
you are steps from multiple bus routes into town, to 'sconset, and to the beach There is parking for 1 vehicle (additional parking may be available). The home is located about 1 mile from several shops and markets (including Stop & Shop). There is also a small market/cafe right down the street (about a 3 minute walk).
we welcome families with cats and dogs, but we generally enforce a limit of 2 animals We will charge an additional cleaning fee of $200 per stay.
