entrance hall on ground floor leads to beautiful lounge to the right There is a downstairs shower room and WC. The shower in this room is electric. One large dining room and a Small breakfast area .outside seating for dining also. Kitchen and all new appliances. Washing, dishwasher, fridge freezer. Second floor comprises of one double bedroom and two large bedrooms, one shower room with shower in this room is electric.W.C and separate W.C. Two of bedrooms have sinks in. Third floor there are three bedrooms and separate W.C. Two bedrooms with sinks in . A beautiful size garden and private. We have parking right on the front of the premises and enough space for three cars. . House is two minutes walk to beach and opposite way two minutes to town. Restaurants and cafes all within a stones throw. We are at the gateway to exmoor and Dunster medieval village just two miles away. Minehead golf club is five minutes by car or ten minutes walk. Minehead steam railway is five minutes walk from property. The information bureau is right next to the train station. There is a large indoor market on the seafront next to Merlins amusements. Perfect location if you want to park up and not have to use you’re car during you’re holiday. Beautiful quirky house which has been lovingly decorated by the owner. There are lovely local restaurants & pubs right on the doorstep. Beautiful Blenheim gardens is five minutes walk away and south west coast path also nearby. The harbour is ten minutes walk where children love to go crabbing and also lovely pub on quayside . Minehead has so much to offer every age group. Minehead Eye has lots of activity’s for teenagers all throughout the year and is situated near the steam railway. So if the weather isn’t too good there is always something to do. Day passes are available at Butlins to enjoy their facilities. You will have to check with Butlins during the restrictions about day passes. There is also The Ivy beauty rooms on Friday street if anyone is wanting to be pampered while on holiday. I can highly recommend Jasmine and her team for any treatments . There are options for this property for smaller groups and less rooms available but not able to offer this on bank holidays or school holidays.Please inquire . small
