this is a lower level unit with walkout access to the lake and has a large tanning, swimming, and fishing deck The private boat slip is steps away. (Please be aware that the boat slip will not accommodate pontoon boats or deck boats, unless the deck boat has a V-hull.) Enjoy the sensational waterfront and mountain views from both an open patio and screened in porch. Also conveniently located to restaurants, golf, movie theatre, grocery stores, shopping centers, boat rentals, etc! Centrally located to both Roanoke and Lynchburg, as well as the Blue Ridge Parkway. you will enjoy your stay at this wonderful location! you will truly feel like you are on a 'get away for play'!
