Will be bringing up furniture in May. Enjoy Summer here! The perfect place for your vacation. First Floor means easy walk walk out the mountain, village, slopes, and bike trails as it is only a couple units down to the exit. Located in the Mtn. Lodge building wing closest to the Village. Split Rock Pool complex right across the street! My Guarantee...If the slopes close prior to or during your stay, I will refund or credit all of your rent and deposit.

we are located on the first floor near the exit to the slopes and village in the wing closest to allegheny springs and split rock pools If you have small kids and want a short walk to the slopes, this is your condo! Split Rocks Pools is right across the street. Satellite TV and in room Wireless Internet access. Gated parking access right outside the building! Some of the best parking on the mountain. In Summer you can back right up to the back deck. Grassy area outside of deck can be used to tailgate, setup your own grill and hang out. And now with the gated-deck - you can expand your area outside! In Winter, you will enjoy the easy access of a 1st floor condo to the ski slopes.
