this home is perfect for the family There is a full laundry room in the garage for an extended stay, and a ping pong table, perfect to keep everyone entertained! There is also a hot tub to keep everyone relaxed during your stay. Pets are welcome with $150 Pet Fee with a maximum of one animal. Please inquire for more than one animal.
we do have a cohost and live nearby, but we value your privacy we use a smart lock and a cohost will be available at any time!

Summary: Unfortunately, when we arrived the lawn was overgrown, animal hair on pillows and sheets, dirty dishes in cupboards, broken and dirty hot tub, no wifi (no tv). The cohost is hard to get a ahold of. Loose trim in between door and hallway that is a tripping hazard and if tripped on reveals nails poking up. I was told that someone would be sent to fix it and the next day and the only thing that happened is a man showed up (late) didn’t announce himself or introduce himself until WE asked who he was when he was getting into the backyard. He replaced the water and left. Did not fix the wifi or hot tub. No hot tub the entire stay, no wifi the entire stay, overgrown lawn, and overall disappointed. We rented specifically for the lawn (for yard games) and the hot tub. Both of which were not even close to the photos or in working condition. The owner gave me a refund for the first night which I highly appreciate but it seemed they were not ready to host our group whatsoever.
