our lovely, privately owned apartment in the exclusive bellresguard development which is located just a minutes walk from the famous pine walk, running alongside one of the most beautiful sandy bays in the mediterranean to the charming seaside town of puerto pollensa with its larger variety of restaurants, bars and amenities
the apartment has air-conditioning/heating throughout The property has a large balcony, off the living room and directly overlooks the swimming pool and landscaped gardens below.
the kitchen/dining and lounge area are open plan The kitchen is fully equipped and leads to a separate utility room with washing machine and large sink for washing sandy clothes and swim wear. There is a two comfortable sofas for rest and relaxation. Wall mounted smart TV is provided. Remember to bring your account login details to access Netflix etc! There is a built in security safety box in the lounge.
there are table and chairs on the balcony along with a retractable awning Highlight of the apartment is sole access to the stunning large roof terrace with BBQ, dining table and chairs, pergola, separate seating area, solarium, shower, and roof garden that enjoys both sea and mountain views.
the balcony is ideal for relaxing breakfasts and the roof terrace for evening meals watching the sun set There is use of a shared child friendly 3 tier swimming pool with sun terrace and loungers provided.
our apartment is in an elevated position at the rear of the bellresguard development and offers both sea and mountain views and being at the rear is in a quieter location
the roof terrace is 75 square meters and benefits from a built in bbq, washbasin, there is an outside shower and garden area There are several sun loungers, wooden table, wooden chairs and pergola. The roof terrace is for sole use of our guests.
