Positive: Our family of 16 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pelican Reach! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everybody's comfort and privacy, the game room offered lots of choices and the kitchen-dining table area was comfortable and roomy. Our family has stayed at three different homes and we found this one to be very reasonable in price and it had all the basics in the kitchen that we needed along with plenty of plates, glasses, etc. Although it isn't beach front, access to the beach is less than 5 minutes away.
Negative: The only suggestion I have is to do some easy repair on some of the game options...air hockey table and pool table both need some attention but are still useable.
Summary: A great house at a reasonable price...would definitely rebook in the future.
