Newly painted throughout with tile and hardwood flooring, updated bathrooms, stocked kitchen, and peekaboo ocean view from the master bedroom. Complex has undergone complete concrete restoration and painting as of 2021. Ideal location to beach (800 feet away), parks, restaurants, seaside walkways and many aquatic activities. you'll never want to leave!
our non-smoking, no animals, sunny one bedroom, 15 bathroom condo offers an amazing view and is less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. Being on the top floor means no upstairs neighbors and quiet nights in your king sized bed (unit sleeps 2). Located in a quiet Jupiter association with two private pools and a 5 minute drive to Harbourside Place. Unit includes a Smart TV with cable access, fast Wi-Fi Internet for any video call needs, washer and dryer, beach amenities (towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler). The A building is located on the lagoon with the balcony patio overlooking the lagoon with a large tree that makes your balcony mostly private. The condo is turnkey and outfitted with everything you will need to make your stay stress free and enjoyable.

please remove shoes upon entry to keep the floors clean from sand and other debris
all guests must complete and sign the hoa rules and regulations at least 15 days prior to arrival (these will be sent to you as soon as your reservation is confirmed) the major ones are:
no motorcycles, pickup trucks, or campers
no animals allowed
no loud activities or noise which disrupts other residents
no parties or late night noise; it's a quiet complex with attentive neighbors and security
