You can hear and see the waves of Lake Michigan from the large wraparound deck and screened-in porch and access to the public beach is steps from the front door. It is just down the dirt road from Portage Point's popular Sunset House (2 minute walk), and an easy 1 mile walk (10-15 minutes) to Portage Point Inn Resort (for awesome ice cream and snacks) and Portage Lake, and is set in a wooded and private setting that is peaceful and close to many hiking and biking trails. It is also very close to Arcadia Bluffs world-renowned golf course.

in the lion's den master bedroom there is a king bed with a brand new memory foam topper and a light as air comforter It has a beautiful dresser and a desk if you want to get some work done remotely. There are 2 closets and a cozy MCM chair by the wood stove (not for renter usage) that is perfect for reading and relaxing.
in the portagers bedroom there is one queen pillow top bed, a closet and an antique armoire for clothing It is quiet and you look out the window into the beautiful woods.
in the rainbow room there are two twin bunk beds, a cozy chair for reading, a dresser and a spacious closet (with games and puzzles on the top shelf) The rainbow room is the perfect spot for kids. It has an old sewing table filled with markers and crayons as well as some toys to play with.
there is one full bath on the main floor complete with original mid-century modern countertops and one 3/4 bath in the basement It has an open living room/dining room with a wood burning fireplace and a smart tv, a fully equipped kitchen (with a new stove, microwave and dishwasher), and a wrap-around porch, including a screened-in lounge area with a brand new outdoor sectional couch.
