This secluded hideaway is ideal for those wanting to enjoy some peace and quiet and get away from it all. A 15th century restored stone house set amongst the olive groves. Standing 485 metres above sea level with 180° panoramic view over the Valle Umbra which reaches from Perugia in the north to Spoleto in the south.
the house was fully restored in 2006 and has all modern conveniences such as underfloor heating, solar panels, wet room shower, wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer The kitchen is well equipped and boasts a large dining table for entertaining. The lounge has exposed chestnut beams, high ceilings and comfortable seating. Both have spectacular views. The 2 ample, tranquil double bedrooms are downstairs so are cool in summer and both have doors leading straight out onto the garden.
outside there is a shady dining area for lunches al fresco, and sun loungers for relaxing with a good book For the evenings there is a BBQ area at the front on the house from which to enjoy a glass of local Montefalco wine and enjoy the sun setting over the other side of the valley.
the local town of trevi is 10 minutes away by car and boasts a good selection of restaurants, a pizzeria with outside eating in the summer, two bars and a number of convenience stores The town also has a large civic swimming pool with cafe which is open throughout the summer.
