nestled away in a peaceful enclave yet just minutes on foot from queens university We have 2 good size bedrooms (one en suite) and a bright and airy living/dining/balcony area for you to relax in.
free parking is there if you need it but the location means that you can easily walk or grab a bus anywhere!
nearby you have the beautiful ormeau park and botanic gardens - perfect for an evening stroll - and all around you are some of the best bars, cafes and restaurants our city has to offer :)
the space
our apartment occupies a prime location inside a private, gated community in the university area of belfast It is up one flight of stairs and as you enter the apartment you will find one double bedroom, one double bedroom with en suite and a master bathroom with bath. The main section of the apartment is an open planned area encompassing the kitchen, dining area, living area and a door leading out to the balcony with great views. Free parking is included.

you are located in the university area of south belfast and will not be short on things to do/places to eat On your doorstep you have Bo Tree Kitchen which is a very popular Thai restaurant (bring your own beer/wine) and you need to make reservations.
we also recommend walking to botanic avenue which is a great place for lunch and dinner - we recommend madame pho and falafel In that area you also have the Empire which is a cool bar and also does live music nights, comedy nights, quiz nights etc. If you want to get to the city centre it is a quick 15 minute walk/10 minute bus ride and of course the options there for eating and drinking seem endless these days! (We are happy to provide recommendations).
also nearby you have ormeau park and botanic avenue, both of which are great for a morning/evening stroll or run and in ormeau park you can even do the park run on saturday mornings
