my apartment, set within a grade ||* listed building (circa 1820) has recently been refurbished and has a large open plan living area, with wonderful floor-to-ceiling windows and a small balcony overlooking the green below
it has a super-king bed, which can be split into two singles on request at time of booking only, and a second bedroom with two further single beds
central location close to cheltenham's festivals, restaurants, and bars!

the apartment is on the 1st floor, with a security entrance to the building
the open-plan living area is to the front and includes a period fireplace with marble surround a hd smart tv and an xbox with sky sports, via the now tv app, and a selection of games suitable for all ages There is a small balcony that overlooks the green below. The living area includes a dining area, a regency-style kitchen with modern appliances, and a breakfast bar.
both bedrooms are at the back of the building and come with hotel-quality, crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest, and complimentary toiletries
the bathroom has a full-sized overhead shower and bath, complete with regency mixer taps
