check-in / check out
check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them
travel cot & highchair
a travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20 Please ensure you message beforehand so that we can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. Highchair request cannot be met at this moment.
