It is fully furnished and nicely decorated. The spacious living room has high ceilings, a wall of windows for ample light and a view out to the backyard. There's a large TV and a fireplace in the living room. The spacious primary bedroom has a CA King bed, walk-in closet, dressers, and an arcadia slider that leads out to the backyard. The primary bathroom has double vanity and large custom shower with a small seat. The second bedroom has a new queen bed, desk, and custom wardrobe closet with ample drawer and hanger space. A full kitchen with a complete set of dishes, cookware, and appliances await you as well as a dining room table that seats up to 8. The home is also equipped with a full sized washer & dryer. The house has cable, wifi, air conditioning and heating. There is a large 6' fenced backyard with patio cover and patio furniture. Guests will also have access to the community's top-notch resort amenities: salt water pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, tot lot, gas and charcoal BBQ's in the pool area and on the green belt / park.
