this cottage features 3 main floor bedrooms The main living room features a pull out futon. The basement is finished with playroom area and an additional bed in a private room downstairs (no exterior window). The basement also features a laundry room and bathroom.
we are in the process of renovating, as you can see the house doesn’t have trim yet in the pictures but will be done by first weekend of july
