kick back in the cozy living area, where a huge, comfy l-shaped couch sits perfectly in front of a big flat-screen tv ideal for movie nights or lazy afternoons The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks for the whole crew after a day spent exploring the nearby beaches and redwood forests. We have ample counter space as well as a gas range/oven and large french door fridge to fill with your entertaining needs! Downstairs, you'll find the kitchen living room and 2 queen bedrooms as well as one full bathroom and a half bathroom. Upstairs is the primary bedroom and double twin bedroom as well as a full bathroom with bathtub and shower.
while the property includes two smaller homes with long-term tenants, there is plenty of space to soak up the peaceful surroundings get ready for a stay filled with comfort, adventure, and unbeatable scenery at pacific edge!
our unique property is just off of the hwy 101 set back off a main street in mckinleyville While you are right in town, the home is set back down a private driveway which provides some seclusion. Within a 5 minutes drive of the home there are breweries, restaurants, shops, grocery, the Beau Pre Golf Course, airport and all that McKinleyville has to offer! The home is just 5 minutes north of Arcata and 10 minutes south of Trinidad, and a 30 minute drive north the the Redwoods State and National parks.
