there are not many fences in this neighborhood in order to maintain the natural setting Please stay only in this property's yard, especially during the snow season. Guests will have access to the entire home including front, and back porches, and the backyard.
the host will not be on-site, but is available from 8am-5pm for non-emergencies and 24 hours for emergencies If the cleaning does not meet your standards on your day of arrival, contact us prior to 5:30pm. red field retreat is in the cool pines of kachina village is a rural area with no street lights This makes it easy to enjoy the amazing night sky. It has an A+ rating due to low crime with Area Vibes. Lots of friendly folk can be seen walking their dogs on the many trails nearby. People here love the outdoors and enjoy how the neighborhood was designed to maximize forest enjoyment. Your neighbors are very kind and enjoy meeting new people. But, they will keep to themselves and maintain your privacy.

roads are paved and the driveway for this home has 3 parking spaces (comfortably) Street parking right in front of the home is not easily accessible. The county plows these roads in the winter, but they can be difficult to navigate without all/4-wheel drive in heavy snows.

this home has central a/c and heat On cool summer days you can easily turn off the A/C and enjoy the natural airflow to keep the home comfortable. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom. Additionally many locals will open the windows at night and close them early in the morning to keep the cooler air in the house.
