cancellation policy
- we offer free cancellation or a 100% refund of the amount payable if you cancel 30 days before the check-in date If canceling, we will charge a processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).
1 If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. - children are under constant supervision and are never left alone Diving, jumping, or frequently entering and exiting the tub should be avoided. Any damages will be incurred by the guest.

72. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.
8 No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house, you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning.
