The carriage house allows one family/couple to enjoy a completely detached, inviting, and peaceful space. Centrally located on Vineyard Park - with ample space/green grass right out the front door. Ideal for monitoring the kids in a safe space from the front porch. The vineyard pool is a short walk down the hill, and Outlook park / the main pool is only a few minutes up the hill.
