if you love barbie and/or pink, you have hit the jackpot! this brand new apartment is uniquely designed with a barbie theme while keeping an elegant and clean feel we are in the heart of east nashville so you can walk to quite a few different bars and restaurants while only being a short uber or lyft ride to all of the honky tonks on lower broadway!

our one bedroom one bath "everything barbie" decorated space includes a full kitchen and the following layout
bedroom - qty 2 twin bunk beds (4 total twin beds)
en suite bathroom with walk in shower
living room - futon sleeper sofa (the back of the couch lays down)
half bath off of the living room
there is a shared washer and dryer in the complex
we are also right next door to a gym- orange theory
guest will have 24 hour access with our keyless entry lock this means you will not have to share a key to your group, just a code!
we are local and will be available at any time, but will not be at the property unless needed
we are located in the heart of east nashville! you have amazing restaurants and bars all around you including directly across the street You are very close to Starbucks, grocery stores and parks. really anything you need is within walking distance or a very short drive!
you can walk to many places but if you choose to uber or lyft they are available 24hrs a day and are typically a very short wait
if you are driving a car, we have 10 first come first serve spots available for parking

1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo

we want our guests to have a great time while in nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150
1- we reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding
2- there will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property
