construction on this beautiful cottage was completed in 2009 and it is stocked top to bottom with brand new furnishings Every detail from the construction planning to the type of cookware was selected to provide a comfortable and enjoyable gathering place regardless of the weather outside! With approximately 2600 sq. feet on three floors, four bedrooms, and 480 sq. feet of the covered front porch, there is plenty of versatile space to spread out and enjoy a nice beach retreat. Just across the street is the Olivia Beach exclusive summertime heated saltwater swimming pool and year-round exercise room.
the comfort of guests is a high priority Each bedroom has new, high-quality mattresses, a down comforter, 300 thread count white sheets, shelving and hanging space in the closets, decorative hooks on the walls for bulky coats and sweatshirts, plenty of drawer space, and lots of extra pillows and blankets.
