This charming historic adobe home is a short walk to Old Town plaza, museums, Tiguex Park, restaurants, Lowe's Market, and downtown neighborhoods. Very quiet street with friendly neighbors and several Little Free Libraries nearby if you're in the mood to curl up with a good book.
the casa is decorated in a cozy mid-century modern style and has a newly remodeled bathroom It's the perfect spot to come home to after a day of working or exploring.
front bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has a twin bed with a pull-out trundle All beds have memory foam mattresses. Each bedroom has a dresser and a large closet for clothing and storage.
large screen tv in living room Please note bedrooms do not have TVs. New mini-split units provide both heating and air conditioning.
if you are visiting for more than 30 days, professional monthly cleaning is included with your stay
there is a 1 bedroom casita in the back yard that is a monthly rental for traveling professionals; however, it is separate from the main home so both units are very private

Summary: This property was awesome, and Joanna was a great host. Very timely responses to any question we had. The place was well stocked with everything we needed from preparing meals to playing games, or just relaxing and reading a good book. Did I mention location!! This place was within walking distance of Old Town Albuquerque, and some of the area museums. Highly recommend staying at this place the next time you visit Albuquerque.
