Positive: Good location Easy check in and out. Good laundry machine , although there is no dryer..

Negative: Although We made the reservation a year in advance, asking for adjacent apartments, we got 2 apartments. One in 2nd floor snd 1 in the 6th floor 🙁 Because we arrived early morning to warsaw, We asked for early check in, or at least just to put our luggage at the apartment, and they refused. Not only didn’t we get early check in, The cleaning was delayed so they delayed our check in in an hour! The cleaning was not thorough, we got unclean apartment. In the apartment there are curtains that doesn’t block light in the morning , and sunrise is at 5:00 am.. There are 2 construction sites on both sides of the building. And there is noise in the very early morning as well. Because there is no air conditioning If you want air, you have to leave the windows open, so you have to decide whether you prefer air to breathe or silence.. the ventilator in the closet was broken and not working.. The bed on one of the apartments was noisy, made sounds with every movement, made it difficult to sleep. The communication with the host was not good, seems they didnt understand our requests, or didn’t want to help.
