A large area of green space and scooter and cycle tracks alongside the beach for kilometres. The popular ‘Bocca ‘Italian restaurant is next door and many retail shopping centres mins drive away. Completely new. Modern unit stylishly furnished in a luxury coastal style with hinterland views.

body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per
toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay
we also supple sugar and laundry detergent,
dishwasher tablets tissue and paper towel etc all
linen is provided and is premium linen service
you have the choice of a swim in the apartment
pool (shared use with other apartments in the
building) or a short walk to the patrolled beach across the road
there are also 3 lifts in the building your apartment is
on the fifth floor
please note, this is not a party, event, function,
or schoolies group property
we don't wish to

highly enough this is a lovely property for families,
friends and small groups, who want a quiet,
peaceful time whilst they are here
the cleaning charge for your stay is levied
on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains,
rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell
(which we will have cleaned) they will be
levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs

nb please note that as this is a new area there is another new complex being built behind the resort so there may be some minimal noise during the week and has been priced accordingly.
