maintenance starts with detailed housecleaning Our Housekeeper provides each Guest with a thoroughly cleaned Condo. She also cleans all Windows before each Guest arrives, which is not normally done by other owners. Every 3 months Doug & I live in the Condo, maintain & upgrade items. It is then rented for 3 months and the cycle repeats itself. It is treated like a Home, not just a rental. We strive to repair items before they break and to replace major items frequently. Previous Guest reviews notice and praise the cleanliness & care of the Condo.
